Primary Researcher(s) / Coordinator(s): Prof. Dr. İshak Karakaya
General Information

Thermochemical and Electrochemical Material Processing (TEMP) Laboratory is devoted to do research and development on materials production, processing and properties that involve thermochemical and electrochemical applications. The theoretical and the experimental work on different kinds of energy exchanges accompanying production and processing reactions of materials are covered in thermochemical studies. Molten salt electrolysis, electrodeoxidation and electrowinning processes for metal production and electroforming, electroplating, electromachining and electropolishing in aqueous solutions are covered in electrochemical studies.
